More than 20 years producing wines in the Valle de Guadalupe

The synergy between the Italian tradition, the knowledge acquired over the years, the access to high technology combined with the high quality of the grapes in this vineyard, results in unique wines with an unprecedented originality. It is for this reason that we proudly call them "Mexican Wines with an Italian Heart".

The Paoloni family has its origins in Le Marche, a region in the center of Italy, near Tuscany, where Carlo Paoloni who was dedicated to the raising of noble horses, in the 50s decides to buy a property in Chiarino Recanati and together with his family started to plant vineyards and a winery was built.

This is how Paolo, as a child, approaches the world of wine and later decides to focus his studies on this same topic, ending his career as a Doctor of Agronomy with a specialization in Enology, at the University of Perugia.
