Nose: Aromas of fresh black fruit, cassis, blackberries, black cherry and plums stand out. Its time in the barrel adds toasted and spicy notes to the wine, combining with slight aromas of damp earth and wet stone.
On the palate: An attack of firm tannins and vibrant acidity, mixed with fresh dark fruits and mineral notes, in the aftertaste you can feel the toast of the barrel and black pepper, very long finish.
Accompaniment: It is recommended to serve with red and white charcoal-grilled meats, lamb, game, duck, hard cheeses, and spicy sauces.
